After several times using United Rentals, I've realized that no matter what, the salesman gives quotes he won't stand by, the manager will cuss you out rather than discuss differences and the service department is run by a hot head that will charge you outrageous charges after he blames you for breaking their equipment that showed onto the site questionable.
