I am amazed with the great customer service this company has. I had a small issue with a lifted I rented their service tech came out quickly fixed it quickly and was extremely kind. United Rentals customer service is top notch. They go out of their way to make things right. You will not be disappointed using them. I will go out of my way to rent from them.

There were some issues but Boston Allis came through for us and was always very cordial and polite throughout the entire 1 month rental of several items. It was stressful for us but his ability to stand behind his products helped ease the stress. In the end he really went above and beyond. Thank you Boston.
