I love these guys! They are helpful, knowledgeable and really understand customet service!! They are my go-to!!
First time customer here after using several other equipment businesses in town. They are the most accommodating and helpful by far. I will definitely make them my first call in the future.
Equipment rented was very specific (the large compactor with Forward and Reverse). We had issues and United responded immediately! Thus Michael to the rescue!! They have a service department that dispatches and comes to you if you do have issues; which is super to know. The rental process was very stream line and a breeze. You can sign up for email and/or text notifications as well to remind and update you on the rental.
I am amazed with the great customer service this company has. I had a small issue with a lifted I rented their service tech came out quickly fixed it quickly and was extremely kind. United Rentals customer service is top notch. They go out of their way to make things right. You will not be disappointed using them. I will go out of my way to rent from them.
