Refunded my rental for a non-working lift. No communication until we were charged for the rental. Basically after the miles I drove, all I got was sorry, but tough shit. To deliver cost $200 from one guy on duty, then I was told by another manager they would cut that in half $100 each way. Must be common core math.
Great people; Excellent Customer Service
Great service. I called late in the day and they were still able to get my rental loaded quickly. Also gave me a walk through of the controls and showed me the operators manual with detailed instructions.
