Great people; Excellent Customer Service
Great service. I called late in the day and they were still able to get my rental loaded quickly. Also gave me a walk through of the controls and showed me the operators manual with detailed instructions.
Had a new engine ( upgrade ) from old one was completely shot. Saying the previous owner put it back together without a head gasket even just to make it run to unload as d it after he said they decided it wasn't big enough Point is Brad at United Rentals did awesome job putting in new engine
When transporting equipment down the highways. They obviously do not clean the equipment before transporting it because rocks go flying off of their trailers. And then they do not do anything when people's windshields are getting hit. If there are this unsafe just going down the road, it makes you wonder how well they maintain their equipment
