2k$ for a lift for 2 days that didn’t work and their service tech wouldn’t come to fix it because there was a strike happening at the facility where the lift was ! They had NO problem crossing the line to drop it off and pick it up
Nick Matarese always gets me the equipment we need every year. If we ever have an issue with a piece of equipment breaking down or needs service. He has the guys jump on fixing the issue right away. I can't say how great the guys are at getting down to us and fixing the problem right away when it happens. From delivery to pickups everything is truly professional.
