We needed a telehandler delivered at a specific time to off-load a pre-engineered steel building. The delivery date was the day after a three-day holiday weekend and I was concerned because past experience with that scenario had resulted in the company I was counting on not showing up and if they did it wasn't on time. I went in to the Airline Store in Gonzales, LA. to rent some equipment to build a concrete slab in my backyard. Tommy Collins, Operations Supervisor took real good care of my needs and I will rent from them again.
Very easy to deal with and the equipment was delivered timely.
Been renting from united for 20 years and they have come a long way from where they used to be. Never had an issue getting equipment and they typically send a tech on the spot when you need one.
