Kevin was able to quickly get a lift on site for my technician to complete work with very short notice! Even worked with me to find transport for it when all their drivers had already been dispatched.
My husband and I own a rental company and we rented a boom lift from the Watertown location to use for our roof replacement. Cory was wonderful and made sure we got the correct equipment. We had an issue with the lift that they resolved quickly. Will definitely rent from again.
