The help we received at the counter was exceptional. After a bad experience at the State College United Rentals location, this team stepped up, corrected the issues, and delivered the best rental experience we’ve ever had. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right truly (For a different location) set them apart.
Highly recommend the north York location off I-83 Exit 24. Very easy to work with and very quick check out and check in. The trailer I rented and all of the other equipment I saw in the yard appeared in excellent condition.

We rented a UTV 4wd DSL 4 seat cab, for a out door wedding. The UTV was dirty with mud all over it seats were cracked. Before the event even started it broke down in the middle of the road. No emergency number to call, when we call Monday morning the office guy, Scott was very rude, n no help at all!! Never renting from them again!!!
