have rented many times from them and I'm completely satisfied every time. knowledgeable, helpful, and fast
We rented a UTV 4wd DSL 4 seat cab, for a out door wedding. The UTV was dirty with mud all over it seats were cracked. Before the event even started it broke down in the middle of the road. No emergency number to call, when we call Monday morning the office guy, Scott was very rude, n no help at all!! Never renting from them again!!!
The only reason I gave one star is because I can't give zero! This was one of the most horrible rental experiences I have ever had! United Rentals is really bad at customer service and solving problems!!
Went above and beyond to help us out, there was an issue with the trailer we had rented from a different location and the team at United rental helped us get the correct tools, hook everything up, loaded. really went above and beyond to help us out. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name who is in the yard helping load us up young kid with glasses. I wish I had his name. He really was great. Kind helped us out a lot!
