Great Service and Communication
I wanted to rent a grinder to work on my garage floor. United Rentals had to get the machine from another place. They got it back early, but the blades were missing so they ordered brand new blades while they tracked down the originals. Also, since it was a Friday rental and they are closed over the weekend, I got to keep the machine until Monday. It was in great condition and worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.
Roy Marshall handle this rental for me and was very quick and convenience for me. He is a great asset to your company and hate to see him go. I rented several things from United Rentals and never had problems.
