What a fantastic experience. Dropped in to explore renting a tool, and Damaris and Derek were absolutely exceptional. Extremely gracious with all my questions, and knowledgeable. I in particular appreciated Derek, who I was not working with directly, sharing additional FYIs based on the conversation I was having with Damaris, truly a 5 star experience.
