I arrived to unload and was second in line, but their company's trucks started arriving and they started unloading, and I was left waiting. After I went to the office and asked what was the matter? Why am I waiting? Waiting while others are unloading? I was told that I was not a priority. I would not want to be here anymore

Have rented from this company multiple times to move a large tool box. The trailer we rented has always performed the task as needed. Staff is great to work with, and getting set up to get a rental is smooth and easy. Would always go back to rent equipment from them again.

Jon and his team are always helpful and make sure we have what we need. We use United whenever we can as we know we are getting quality equipment as it's important to ensure our guys are on safe equipment that has been inspected and functions properly by the United team.
