Hello , Customer service was good but the prices were outrageous!! Got quoted $380 to rent the s70 skid steer . jobsite is 10 miles from your guys shop and he said $200 for delivery $200 for pick up , that’s insane . $780 for a day rental I get it diesel prices are up but not that much where you have to charge $400 in fuel for 40 miles of driving . your business , your machines Goodluck
Very helpful and courteous staff. They knew exactly what equipment I needed for my project and came through with prompt service!
I highly recommend united rentals. The lady up front who helped me was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had no problems renting the machine, it was quick and easy. I'll definitely be going back in the future
Awsome staff at the Casa Grande AZ facility.
The assistance I received from the representatives at my location of rental went above and beyond any expectations. Everything at the start of our job task came with issues that united rentals accommodated in order to achieve a successful job start, and completion. Will forever be grateful and thankful for the business opportunity, and hospitality of the staff. 5 star recommendation is not a high enough satisfaction score that I could give to the three individuals that assisted us.
