I highly recommend united rentals. The lady up front who helped me was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had no problems renting the machine, it was quick and easy. I'll definitely be going back in the future

The assistance I received from the representatives at my location of rental went above and beyond any expectations. Everything at the start of our job task came with issues that united rentals accommodated in order to achieve a successful job start, and completion. Will forever be grateful and thankful for the business opportunity, and hospitality of the staff. 5 star recommendation is not a high enough satisfaction score that I could give to the three individuals that assisted us.
Talked to Chase in Gilbert. What a professional he was. Got my card to reserve equipment called back and Casa Grande store answers. I tell him what Chase and I have went over and he stopped me and said "this is my store what do you want" I replied sorry to have bothered you. Customer service sucks. Will drive to Chandler Home Depot and rent. I will never call that place again.
