I drove 130 miles to pick up a load from them and they told me they cannot load me because they leave at 3:30 and I would arrive just 12 minutes later. My load information said that they work till 4 PM! they would not even wait 12 more minutes just a total waste of time! Total disrespect for drivers!

EDIT: After a few days and review of the service terms and conditions we have sorted out the issue and I am thankful that United Rentals presented a fair option as a solution to the issue. We have had a mobile office on rental with the company for just over a year, the monthly rental rate was just increased mid rental and Susan Clagett claims it is industry standard to do so and this is how they commit to high quality service to their customers... As a Sunbelt customer who has grown less satisfied with their service I decided to give United a chance. I work all over the east coast, so no matter how often I rent, I don't have the advantage of getting to use one specific branch. After working with Tom Martin on several pieces of equipment I needed, I don't think I'll be going back to Sunbelt. He went out if his way to make sure I was taken care of, inspite of the fact I'd never stepped foot in his branch before

Zero star is not an option. When I reached the branch and I found out that equipment for the confirmed reservation was unavailable. REALLY!!! The front desk employees were extremely arrogant and didn't care at ALL!!! Their attitude shows a very poor customer service skills that a big company such as United Rentals should have. Very DISSAPOINTED!
