They rented me a truck with 6 seats and 4 seat belts, then lied all over the place about it.I was doing a job out of town and needed to transport 6 people, I told them this ahead of time.Hey, everyone makes mistakes, but inventing a big lie to try and cover yours is absolutely wrong

The staff is Rental Works is exceptional. They are consistently available to answer any questions I have had about equipment. In short, they know their stuff! I also like that they have a rental catalog on their website where I can price pieces of equipment prior to renting.
I cannot express in words how pleased I was with the product and service I received from Rental Works over the last few days. First, the machine worked perfectly and reduced my labor by hours, if not days. It started every time, did the job it was expected to do and was in good condition. We rented a piece of equipment there that turned out to be the wrong thing. We did not know they had an inside consulting person who would come to your house and tell you what to use. The manager worked with us on what we thought was partly our mistake and partly their mistake. We ended up happy.
