I had a great experience with United Rentals. The whole process was smooth, the equipment was in great condition, and the staff was professional and helpful. George was especially excellent to work with—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and that I had exactly what I needed. His customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend United Rentals and look forward to using them again in the future.
Dan Leaphart was excellent to work with. The equipment was top notch and delivered early. I deal with different forklift companies every day and United Rentals and Dan exceeded expectations.
Issues with equipment have us leaving a 3 star review. Mainly due to equipment failure and level of service after an issue.
Great service and availability at United Rentals. Will use them again for future jobs.
