Mike, terrible customer service……
I had a great experience with United Rentals. I do not rent equipment very frequently and I am always a little nervous about picking up equipment. I have rented from other equipment places in the past and I usually do not get the exact equipment that I rented. Everything with United was straightforward from their easy to navigate website, and the rental store. Todd was very welcoming and got me out the door quickly. The guys in the yard that helped me hook up the trailer and unhook it were great also. Overall a great experie... read more

The guys here did an excellent job of making sure I had the right machine for the job, and the price was right where it needed to be, and the machine was in excellent condition.
