I rarely leave reviews but one of your employees went above and beyond and as a customer I’m truly grateful. I rented a drop deck trailer and was returning it by 5:00 as I could’ve swore the online rental agreement said. Showed up at 4:12 and the gate was closed and locked. I was just getting on my phone to try to call or figure out what to do when an employee showed up and offered to let me in to drop the trailer. Saved me a trip home and back by seeing me drive by him and turning around after hours to let me in to drop it.... read more

I had a great experience with United Rentals. I do not rent equipment very frequently and I am always a little nervous about picking up equipment. I have rented from other equipment places in the past and I usually do not get the exact equipment that I rented. Everything with United was straightforward from their easy to navigate website, and the rental store. Todd was very welcoming and got me out the door quickly. The guys in the yard that helped me hook up the trailer and unhook it were great also. Overall a great experie... read more
