I've been calling these guys parts service for days with no answer. Guess they don't like making money.
Rent from somewhere else! ANY where else but here!! Had 3 pieces of equipment ALL three were junk and had issues! Multiple service calls for repairs, lots of down time and wasted money. One service call waiting 10 days! 10 DAYS before I called back and asked when the hell they were going to come back out and fix it!!! But..... They still want to charge you for EVERY day for their junk equipment even the days it is down and unusable. Been in construction my whole life and never seen a rental company not care about this custom... read more
I rented an electric jackhammer and they provided a nice new chisel bit. Worked very well.
