Have rented several times from them. Both times went smoothly.
I brought my genie tz50 there to be looked at for a battery draw pay my bill brought the left-back home found out none of the controls would work anymore to operate the Boom I called Jeff at United Rentals in Hays he told me that even if it was their fault they wouldn't do anything about it
