Salespeople are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They got us the right lift for the job at hand. Process of renting from delivery to pickup was excellent.
I will never use this rental place again or refer them to anyone. I rented a boom lift and received a quote from the sales person for a half day use. The day of drop off which was a Friday, they charged me for a full day which totaled slightly $400 more. Monday I called and asked about the up charge and they said they would adjust it. Tuesday they charged me an additional $700. Another phone call Wednesday and they said they would refund the $700 and adjust the charge for the full day.
