Absolutely service the worst in every aspect of dealing with this company. Customer service was horrible, & condescending. I would actually refrain from doing the work if this was the only company with equipment available.
They were great to work with and the equipment was new and worked perfect for the job

I was one day late dropping off an item because of a massive snow day and no city plowing and the man on the phone told me "no worries man things happen well take care of you" I guess that means saying the opposite when my wife drops the item off and charging her money you told me you wouldn't charge. superb customer service.
