I was one day late dropping off an item because of a massive snow day and no city plowing and the man on the phone told me "no worries man things happen well take care of you" I guess that means saying the opposite when my wife drops the item off and charging her money you told me you wouldn't charge. superb customer service.
Rented a Genie lift. Didn't know it was electric. It ran for 30 minutes with 2 complete charges. Absolutely ridiculous for a construction jobsite. When we complained they United dropped our invoice by 50%. It was worthless to us. We will not rent from United again. There are other rental equipment companies to work with. We also won't be renting any electrical Genie lifts again anywhere.
