Got what we needed
I wouldn't recommend United Rentals to my worst enemy. When I arrived there the lift was more than I was quoted over the phone. When I went to hook the lift to my truck, I was told I had the wrong hitch to pull the lift. Of course they said they could deliver the lift to my job for a fee. Eventually the manager agreed to deliver the lift to the job for $0.00. When all is said and done I was double charged for the lift. I only needed the lift for 1 day and United Rentals charged me for 2 days. $900.00 for a one day rental. Ne... read more
Very Helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to assist in any way needed. Both the agent and service department could not have been nicer or more efficient. Great experience!
This was a very rental. The equipment was ready when I was and the people were terrific. Everything from the rental to the return was great.
