Use a different rental service! Delivered equipment outside of business hours, delivered to the wrong address, was not properly notified with a call, their support does not know how to turn on their equipment to help, improperly billed. Overall very disappointed with the whole experience. I will never be using their rental services again. Cheers!
Don't take the cargo for delivery because they don't give the cargo when you arrive. They ask you to take an hour-long paid online course
Terrible customer service. Go to sunbelt, Lincoln contractors or Burris Equipment instead
