Having to rent equipment through their call center is a joke. The call center will gladly rent out any price of equipment you might need. The problem is they don’t care if the United rentals place you are getting it from either has the equipment or even on the days you request. And to listen to the guy on the phone tell me over and over all week. “Something has come up but we are willing to work with you”. I get it. But when I can’t get the right equipment for the job then there is nothing to work with.

This place has very poor management. Would not recommend.
My wife and I rented a floor sander from United Rentals. Before we rented, we had a few questions which the very knowledgeable sales person, Kayla, answered. The whole rental experience was a pleasure. The facility is clean and well organized. The tool we rented was in great shape, and it looked like all the other equipment was too. Our project came out wonderful. Thanks to Kayla and the entire United Rental team at the Peru, Illinois store.
