I don't normally write reviews but i just can't go silent about what happened to my three year old son. My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed on March 19,2025. His Doctor was Dr. Bibb. The surgery went great. My son has a high pain tolerance. So we figured he would do great. His Doctor said that they don't give pain medication for this type of surgery. I received efficient, timely, life-saving care at United Regional. During my stay in ICU and step-down units, nurses and physicians provided me with competent medical care and appropriate bedside manner. URHCS is a wonderful organization and the Wichita Falls community is fortunate to have such a reliable hospital system to visit when needed.
Gave birth here three months ago. The labor and delivery was awful and the nurse dismissed everything I said and refused to call my doctor until my baby had been stuck for hours. The after care nurses were amazing and the only reason I’m giving it two stars.
Best visit to any ER. Janeen was awesome, Triage was awesome, ct girl was awesome. All super kind and caring. URHS is so lucky to have those employees. I am so grateful to them and hope they are appreciated. They took great care of my wife, and were all so wonderful. Monte Thacker
