Great location, realtors make 100% commission here. Anyone who has had a bad experience with a United Realty Realtor here needs to understand that it was their individual actions and has nothing to do with the Brokerage as a whole.
I have been a real estate investor for 18 years and have purchased and sold multiple properties and never have I experienced such poor performance from a buyer's agent as I did with Ahsan Danish. If it wasn't for my listing agent calling day after day to see if he had his buyer's submit necessary paperwork it never would have gotten to closing. I had a most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH United Realty Group in Coral Springs. AhSAN DANISH realtor is an idiot. He does not know how to do paperwork, doesn't know how to do emails, cannot scan documents, doesn't show up at inspections or appraisals. If you want your deals to FALL APART they will with Ahsan Danish. His broker Mike Brownell doesn't even help their agents at all. Stay away from this Real Estate Company.
