This company will find any loophole to fine you! Our laundry machine broke down multiple times within a few weeks. Eventually, they charged us an expensive fee claiming that we had caused the breakage when it was clearly an old appliance! We moved out without remembering to bring home a few of our shower rods, and they charged us for that as well. Most importantly, they insist on fining for guests' service dogs and emotional support animals despite it clearly being discriminatory.

RAT INFESTATION, NEGLECT, RUDENESS. PLEASE AVOID ANY PROPERTY THEY HAVE. PLEASE. Just read the reviews. This many people aren’t making things up. Don’t be so attracted to the price you are willing to not sleep at night. I cleaned my place and moved states for another job, while I was gone I would come home and visit and at one point my door handle broke. My family and I work with a local food pantry. We've gotten to know several families from a neighborhood managed by United Realty. I've asked the residents their opinion of the Property Manager. They assure me they are treated fairly and with kindness. Yesterday, I saw evidence of this. My friend and her husband had just returned home with their newborn.
