Victor Oliva just helped me out by coming over to my house to replace my shower head! He is fast and efficient, and he gets the job done with a smile. This guy cares about his customers!!
Kenny was great, quick and professional response!

They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and answering any questions I had along the way. What really stood out was their attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction. I never felt rushed or pressured—just supported and well-guided throughout the journey. This company will find any loophole to fine you! Our laundry machine broke down multiple times within a few weeks. Eventually, they charged us an expensive fee claiming that we had caused the breakage when it was clearly an old appliance! We moved out without remembering to bring home a few of our shower rods, and they charged us for that as well. Most importantly, they insist on fining for guests' service dogs and emotional support animals despite it clearly being discriminatory.
