Awful experience with one of this company's agents. First they pressured and tried to intimidate me into signing a dual agency agreement where they would represent both buyer and seller. Legal in Oregon but NOT advisable per legal advice AND per the Oregon professional realtor organization's website for everyone to read. Then when they apparently thought I was asking too many questions about the listing, I got yelled at full volume accusing me of "not serious about buying anything" and being a "looky lou" and a "tire kicker"... read more

While, I had trepidation about hiring a realtor that I’ve never worked with before. I also had a gut feeling that Rocklan Williams was going to be the person to help me navigate selling and buying a home. United Real Estate Properties has, by far, been the most professional and well educated group of agents I’ve had the pleasure of dedicating my time and business to. Simon specifically is always there to answer my questions in depth and in a timely manner. I wouldn’t be as proud to spend my time anywhere else. I have been a broker at United Real Estate Properties for 3 1/2 years now and just wanted to make mention and show appreciation to both Deb Jurasevic Principal broker and Simon Smith Owner, PB. Both of these people continuously return phone calls, provide support and information when issues come up that my past experience has not provided answers to. There are many reasons to work with this brokerage, including some very good agents, but the people supervising their work are tremendous.
