If zero stars was an option that's what I would give. As the executer of my mother's estate, I was thinking about hiring Anita Brown as the realtor to sell the real property. My son was excited to purchase his first home..483 Monticello...realtor/seller Christian Williams accepted his full ask offer of $309k...contingent on inspection. WILLIAMS is the flipper of this house also. My son paid a $3000 earnest money deposit. HOUSE FAILED INSPECTION BIG TIME.
