I was told the home I was interested in was listed originally atb$389k. The current zillow price is $340k and posted price had been cutb$20k. $49,000 decrease in price is significant, possibly they don't know the county assessed value is under $300,000. I expressed interest at $300k and was told I am comical. According to their logic they are a comical organization because having to cut the price $20,000 or $49,000 shows they are out of touch with home value. These are the WORST sort of people ever. Agent Carly Estes owes me $800 from June of 2025. Marta Grace her broker doesn't seem to care about getting me paid. Her solution was to offer me another job but ask me to lower my price. These people are Criminals. Stay away.

I have been trying to contact the listing agent on a property they have listed for a week now with no luck. I even requested via voicemail for anyone to call me back, NO LUCK. With this poor service I would definitely NEVER use them to try to sell my property.
