I signed an agreement to work with a realtor here on June 11, 2026. Unfortunately it wasn’t working out in my best interest. Therefore on June 22nd I requested a termination of agreement. They will not allow me to terminate it. I was given 3 options. 1. Pay the realtor $1,500.00 to end the buyer agency agreement 2. Choose another realtor there or 3. If I go to another agency that agency must pay them a standard 25% referral fee. This is a nightmare to get out of it hasn’t even been a full two weeks of working with them.
I have really enjoyed working with Sheresha Bellamy. She really know her stuff. She is very knowledgeable, and she has a lot of patience. Sheresha didn’t mine answering all our questions. I have really enjoyed working with her. If you need a Realtor I would suggest Sheresha Bellamy. Thank you for everything!!! May God continue to bless you.
