Brought a home in April 2026 and was told the appliances would be in the home upon closing from my agent. Eric Villalobus not only assured us that the appliances would be there, he text it to my agent. Well when we arrived after purchase, the refrigerator was not there and Eric again texted and said it was going to be there the next day. The broker manager Debbie Tyler has been very unprofessional and not handling the situation properly or returning my calls. I would not recommend them to anyone.
