From normal use this happened. I have had this door a long time. I called this morning and the guys came right out and fixed it. Very reasonable price and greased it and got my keypad working again. Thanks much for the wonderful service. I didn’t take an after picture, but it’s good as new now.

Excellent service from this Family owned business. They have installed doors at my business and residence and always do a fantastic job! Very responsive :)
Purchased Raynor garage doors in 2013. The paint is now flaking off both of them. For the price I paid I expected a longer life. Dealer contacted Raynor and was told they are no longer warrantied. Disappointed that a quality company wouldn't stand behind their product. I have two cheaper doors on my detached garage that were installed at the same time and they still look brand new.
