When we first moved in, there was a huge lack in communication- but let me tell you, they made up for it and have made concessions for me and my daughter (single mom here!)! They have transparent communication and have been great with our current move (with united) Dezra is amazing! I highly recommend this property management firm.
Terrible company. Not sure if they're corrupt, incompetent, or both. But when I moved out, after I cleaned their apartment extensively, they still decided to hire a "professional cleaner" and charge me for it. I had cleaned everything top to bottom before moving out. Dusted ceilings, scrubbed walls, cleaned inside and outside of all appliances, swept, vacuumed, mopped all floors, replaced all light bulbs, changed AC filter, cut the grass, edged, etc. It was just me living there as a single person with no pets, often gone for... read more

I have lived in two different properties with them as property management and they are wonderful. Infact I was so impressed when they took over the property I was originally at when we decided to move I specifically went look to see what properties they had available first. They are professional and quick to respond to messages and with maintenance requests. We love having them as property managers.
Don’t bother renting from these special people. They never fix any issues you’re having. Lights, outlets or doors that don’t work. Been trying to get something fixed for 2 years.
