Lived in one of their properties for 2 years with my family with no problems other than the intermediate heat issue in my unit that they had to keep fixing non stop. When I went to move out after my lease ended due to having another child on the way that's when the problems began. One of the worst interviewers I have ever dealt with. The person did not stop talking the entire time and gave me seconds to respond to questions that were answered in initial correspondence. If something is a requirement, do not list it as "not required, but is a plus"
