They do NOT care about the residents. They will nickel and dime you for everything. They charged me $150 for a parking sticker (not even a placard, a sticker that can not be re-used). I returned the sticker via USPS mail as I moved one hour away and showed them proof that it was mailed. Somehow they did not get the sticker and refuse to give me the $150 back from my deposit. these people will not work with nor even communicate with their residents. they are the worst of the worst. My daughter can't make the rent because of loss of work and she wants to move home. she tried communicating this to the property manager who just kept tell ing her no, she has to give 60 days notice. well 60 days ago was just as this all started with the coronavirus and she told them as soon as the the loss of income happened. the manager told her to get letters from the workplace. she did. they never communicated to h... read more
Slum lords at best. I have not one good thing to say about this company.
I am very disappointed with the level of service we have experienced with this branch of UPA. I live in the Villas at Culpepper Landing and we are having issues with landscaping and continually get the run around and "pass the buck" assistance. Telling residents to contact the builder is unprofessional. Our high monthly fees include landscaping and if there is an issue, our POA should be acting on our behalf. I would not recommend this company. I live in Prentis Place Community in Suffolk, VA. I have had nothing but issues with this company since I bought in July. I was told after I signed at closing if I don’t like the HOA company’s rule that I could attend one of the meetings to ask for change’s. I never reserved a copy of the rules or how to pay the HOA. I have gotten my car towed by the HOA after being parked in front of my townhome for an hour after coming home from work. That was great having to pay 150 out pocket to get my... read more
Awful! They are crooks who only want more money but do absolutely nothing for your community. If you have any problems they will not help and do not care as long as you pay your fees.
This company is very unprofessional and unorganized. They treat their tenants rudely with no respect at all.
Lazy and never does her job The manager of kings fork farm in Suffolk is so lazy, she never even gets out of her car to walk the area. The management company has done zero about complaints of dogs off leash. They do nothing related to what rules are stated to enforce and they have no teeth with the association besides sending out letters, I find that if there were a competitor company here, it would put UPA out of business.
