Horribly unprofessional n disrespectful. Stay away at ALL costs, as they do not return calls and lie. Just take a Quick Look at the 14 of 19 listed reviews that are beyond horrible, which is 3 out of every 4. Think about that.. it’s 75% VERY BAD reviews, Beyond bad… Awful.. READ THEM.. as all are disgusting traits of a very poorly run company, that cares about… ???? Definitely, NOT YOU !! Stay away..
I worked with Patrick here in Memphis at the their summer ave strip mall location. Very good location for business. Quite impressed with the company on how easy it was doing business with them..
Tried working out a lease agreement with Ryan Rodger for one Lenoir City location. Super difficulty to deal with, I would highly advise to not rent anything from this management company.
