This is the worst business that I have ever dealt with, I’m on auto fill they own my tank. For the 2nd year in a row they have ran me out of propane during extreme cold weather, and on a Sunday. When you do get someone on the phone they ask if you can go somewhere and stay. NO!! Come fill my tank and get my water heater and furnace running I work also and can’t sit here Monday waiting on you. My wife can not relight pilot lights. I gave them a 1 star because I had to , so I could leave a comment. This company is horrible!!!
I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE! They are NEVER dependable!! ALWAYS cancels routes the day of!!! They do not care about their customers!!!!!!
They changed my monthly payment after a year by $180 stating a misjudgment on my usage from previous year. Due to that I went off of the monthly plan and went to a pay as you fill plan. They give you a cheaper rate when you are not a monthly subscriber which makes no sense. After I only owed them a certain amount they continued to take out the monthly fee which was more than I owed them for the individual fill. Called Bill on a Friday needing urgent assistance, just like everyone else. Bill took my call and immediately started working on finding me a technician to come out to our house. We had a contractor accidentally cut our propane line to our house. Having a 1 year old, we were worried of not being able to make food for her. Bill sensed my urgency and got a technician to drive 30 minutes to our house. The technician Brandon arrived on site and gave reassurance that he could fix the issue. This company has terrible service. They won't return phone calls. Take weeks to fill your tanks, called 3 weeks ago during an artic blast in my, tanks run out and now we have no heat. They don't care, won't expedite our even return phone calls. This is the second time this company has done this in 3 years. Never go into contract with this mega corporation who eats up small businesses inherited the old customers and doesn't service them. Save yourself and go with someone else.
