Called Bill on a Friday needing urgent assistance, just like everyone else. Bill took my call and immediately started working on finding me a technician to come out to our house. We had a contractor accidentally cut our propane line to our house. Having a 1 year old, we were worried of not being able to make food for her. This company has terrible service. They won't return phone calls. Take weeks to fill your tanks, called 3 weeks ago during an artic blast in my, tanks run out and now we have no heat. They don't care, won't expedite our even return phone calls. This is the second time this company has done this in 3 years. Never go into contract with this mega corporation who eats up small businesses inherited the old customers and doesn't service them. Save yourself and go with someone else.
During the most recent Winter storm I was on the phone with someone at UPG,at least once a day, often multiple times. The last propane delivery I received was November 2023. At that time I signed up for a tank monitor, auto delivery and auto pay. Only the auto pay had occurred, and I was out of propane to heat with. I know they were busy, but it took a little more than a week to receive the propane. Transferred service to United Propane Gas and very happy with the service received from Bill Klacik and his team. |Went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of.
Scheduled a fill up only took 4-5 calls. I finally got to speak to a human. I explained tank was empty, they said must have leak check. (I agreed 100%) a week later they came checked and filled no leaks. (Driver said) we heard leaks next day as walking by. Called several more times. 3 weeks later today came to confirm it was in fact leaking. Did nothing to fix it. Very disappointed got bill in mail.
