This company is completely unprofessional. My quote I got over the phone seemed pretty reasonable, however when the technicians showed up and priced out how much things would cost it was almost 3 times higher than the phone quote. Turns out the phone quote was just for the basic clean, which according to the description doesn't get the stains out of the carpet. United did an awesome job on my air ducts. Technician Otar showed me before and after pictures and explained everything before he started. People at the office ware very friendly too when i was booking my appointment. All around a great experience and ill diffidently recommend to everyone i know!
