Our experience with United Prairie in Waseca has been overall, positive. We have been banking with them since 2007 and they’ve always gone above and beyond in customer service. Placed money in a CD account for 6 mos. Called them 2 weeks before the mature date, I asked them what's the new rates are since rates have risen drastically since Dec. They gave me the APY but not the interest rate, tye person i spoke with was very rude and really did t want to help me. Ill be pulling my 75,000 CD out.they dont deserve my business.most banks have this online and is transparent, stay awzy..
I do not no why the reviews are so low at this bank ! I have been going here for years and have never had any issues with them ! They always go above and beyond what alot of banks would not do for there customers ! They have helped me in so many different ways and this is why I stay with United Prairie Bank ! I have banked with United Prairie for most of my life. Every time i go visit i'm greeted by a friendly face and am helped with the best service. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else!
