This company extorts low income families. I paid the photography company for the University of Arizona $125 for all 8 digital downloads of my grad. Yet, for my high school graduate, who attends a title 1 school, is expected to pay $75 for a single digital image or $139 for just 2 images? That is wrong. Shame on you.
I ordered my daughter’s pictures to her school and never received them. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Benita in the Chandler office and she helped me get my pictures re-ordered same day. I had recently moved out of state and she assisted me in getting the pictures shipped to my new address. Her customer service was excellent and I greatly appreciate how attentive she was to this issue!
I ordered my daughter’s class pictures in February. For the last week I have emailed and texted and have been ignored. Today I called. I don’t know who I talked too. But she was so rude. She yelled at me and questioned why I was even calling. She said she could get fired but she was on my side which made no friken sense.
