Forced poses that make kids look uncomfortable. The photographers are inexperienced and too rushed to get through each class as quickly as possible even though they have more than enough time to get a good smile out of each student.

Id like to thank and appreciate Hannah at the chandler office. I had not received my daughter's pictures. I reached out using their SMS option. Hannah did a very good job locating and getting me a reprint as the location it was sent to was a previous address that wasnt updated. She put my mind at ease and I greatly appreciate what she had done for us. Thank you, Hannah from Chandler Office!

I had to contact United Portraits to help me with a grade change on my daughters picture before I purchased anything. Customer services responded in less than 5 mins. The employees name was Hannah, from the Chandler, Az. office. She was super kind and very professional. She quickly fixed the issue! It's always nice to receive this kind of treatment, when everyone seems so rude and unprofessional these days! Well done Hannah and good job United Portraits! : - )

I contacted customer service regarding retaken photos that had not been uploaded to my account for review. Betina from the Chandler office responded promptly and handled the matter professionally, ensuring the missing photos were posted the same day. I appreciate the efficient and courteous service.
