On Friday afternoon, we had a serious drainage backup that caused water to overflow. Our regular plumber was out of town, so I had to call around based on Yelp reviews. Thankfully, United Plumbing & Water Heaters was able to schedule us right away. The technician, Zak, came out to diagnose the issue and offered a clear solution at a reasonable price. Mike came over to help us trouble shoot what we thought was a plumbing issue. He worked for 1+ hours to try and re create the issue, running many tests. In the end, he could not find anything wrong. He even consulted with other plumbers on his team. He didn't charge us a single penny for the call because he didn't find a leak. He fully tested the plumbing was in working order and he even sent us videos of our pipes to show us there was no leaks. Had a great experience with United. They were very fast in response and the work was quite thorough. They did multiple inspections to find out the root issue for my water heater and never just jump to a solution.
Great company. Last minute emergency. They visited the site and had me an estimate in a few hours and it was fixed the next day. Service tech that came to the house was awesome! Will definitely be calling in the future.
