Have had an issue with a clogged drain. Reached out to United Plumbing and was able to get an appointment for a technician (Salih) to stop by within few hours. Salih was able to quickly identify what the issue was, gave a quote and upon concent started working on it. Tried to open one of the valves and when that was proving to be time taking, quickly moved onto nearby one and opened that successfully and addressed the blockage. Five stars for United Plumbing and Viktor! My water heater kept beeping with error code 11, so I requested a diagnostic visit. Viktor arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the exact problem quickly and was honest enough to let me know it didn't require a costly repair or part replacement. He didn't even charge me for the service call! I am super happy with the work provided by United Plumbing, especially the work done by Victor B. He was amazing — it was immediately apparent that he was knowledgeable, highly capable, and meticulous with his work.
