This was my second time staying at United Places, and it was just as perfect as the first! Every staff member is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room is spacious, beautifully designed, and has everything you need — the in-room dining service makes the whole experience so effortless and enjoyable. Cosy concept accommodation with a a small number of suites, with a self catering possibility. We loved it. We also liked the Walking distance to the city center through Botanic garden, but stillbirth a distance to the bubling (noicy) city center. The neighbouring cafe's and restaurant was actually on a higher standard than down town. Very cosy . We loved it too.

I had the most amazing experience staying here. I was there with a group for work travel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Each morning we had a pastry bag and coffee straight to the room. The location was wonderful, right across from the botanical gardens that had the most amazing walking paths. We were amidst a long work travel stretch so the laundry in unit was perfect. Would stay here any and every time I travel to Melbourne!

Stayed at United Places for 5 nights and cannot give this place and the staff enough praise! Prior to arrival they were great with communication and provided amazing restaurant and site seeing lists which we did get to explore. If you’re a runner or like to walk this is a perfect location to stay in because the botanical garden is right across the street and easily walkable to CBD! We stayed here for three nights as a family of four during our stay in Melbourne. The room was spacious, with a sophisticated interior and functionality, and the view from the large window overlooking the Botanic Gardens was truly luxurious. It was clean down to the last detail, and the furnishings and amenities were of high quality.
