Kara is a great PT and passionate about her work. For anyone that hasn’t tried Soft Wave therapy I highly recommend it. It stimulates cellular, nerve and muscle regeneration. Also, Kara is a specialist with pelvic floor health. Kara is at the United south location. I also see Helen at the mid-town location and she is wonderful also. She excels in exercises that help with strength training, balance, and flexibility. Between these two I have made great progress with my knee replacement journey.
My PT sessions gave me useful alternatives to do the exercises at home
Great physical therapy service. I highly recommend it.
