This company's customer service is one of the worst I've ever encountered. After cancelling my account (along with an email documenting that it had indeed been cancelled) I was still being charged monthly. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company in order to stop their fraudulent charges. Complete nightmare. It was a huge mistake to use them in the first place. I'm now warning everyone that I know.
3 pets over 10 years old each. (I'm a senior myself. )Pet insurance, the cheapest, wanted $95 per month, per pet. UPC is saving me about $250 a month! THANK YOU!
Super helpful to have, especially with an aging animal.
Not professional. I called twice about a payment and was told that they would run my card every day until it posted on top of 5 dollar fees every day. They did not care to overdraft my account after it says in the website just to call in. I found the discount not a discount. I was charged less for an office visit without having the discount plan.
I'm newer to the United Pet Care family but it's already been so beneficial! I have 2 dogs I adopted this year who are both over 10 years old and they have an array of issues. Luckily my awesome vet, Foothills Veterinary, in New River, AZ takes the insurance. A bonus is the payroll deduction for the premiums every month!! I will definitely recommend UPC to my friends with pets :)
