I first called and spoke with Tony..told him my problem then took the monitor and moden in to have them check it== I was thinking I would have to leave it a few days but when I went in Tony checked out my issue and told me it was a cable problem-- Tony makes you feel good coming into the store-- He likes to tease you on the prices and when you find out how cheap it was you feel even better-- Highly recommend Tony and this company for repairs--

United PC tech locks up your computer the gives you their number to unlock your computer Then they sell you a software package to stop them from locking up your computer. Also to stop some other company from locking up your computer or sending a virus to your PC.

I bought this computer system from United PC Tek. Free shipping and fast delivery. They answered all my questions the next day. (I like that) My computer was from Dell. It is Windows 10. My monitor was from Samsung. The monitor is a 22 inch. The picture is perfect. This is the BEST computer system I have ever used. I have used computers for over 35 years. NEVER buy from these people because they sell defective PC's and do not offer support after the sale, you'd just be buying a boat anchor...!!!

United PC Tek sold me a desk top PC with a 90 day warranty. Within 6 weeks the hard drive failed. They would not honor the warranty and I had to replace and transfer the data out of pocket. They sold me a defective product and lied about a warranty.
