I’m giving this a one because it’s I’m possible to get in contact with a front office here I’ve been calling for days just to try to get some leasing info and rent info. Even more strange why is the gateway apartments number and this one the exact same and still no one answers. Yall need to get it together and do yall job right
This place would be perfect if not for the known and untreated cockroach problem that no one will deal with. I moved in less than a month ago and have not one day without seeing a bug in my kitchen. The apartment next to mine is infested as well and every week they come to spray and it does nothing. I have called management several times about this and received a call back I put my things in storage and cannot set up a home because of this. I can't even keep food in the kitchen or a decent meal. i have lived here for over 5 years anybody talking about bed bugs in wrong because ive never even had bugs in my apartment its quiet and i have friendly neighbors honestly if you take care of your apartment its a nice place to live
Considering how OLD this apartment complex is NOT. Any and ALL issues with "bed bugs"come from the TENANTS. As a NEWLY constructed building does NOT come fully equipped with such critters. I DO live in this community--and have NOT seen standards of cleanliness slip. What has gone WAY done hill? Come core values of kindness,decency and the brotherly love spoken of by the Son of our Grand Creator. Values that will NEVER go out of fashion.
