Very poor representation. Very poor communication. Took my files, returned in a mess. I recommend hiring a professional Tax Attorney. I did this with our 2nd Sales Tax Audit and it was a breeze no stress.
Scam, took alot of money from us RESULT they did nothing!!! Do not use these people, ended up hiring an educated well versed employee whom got us a great result. Again HUGE scam. We requested our money back never got a penny back SCAM_SCAM_SCAM!!!!!
I gave them one star only because zero stars was not an option... I received a letter from United Paramount Tax Group telling me how much money they could save me if I let them represent me in my property tax dispute with Travis County. I accepted the offer and provided all of the documentation they requested. On the day of the appeal meeting at the Travis County office Ryan contacted me to tell me they did not have anyone in town to go to the meeting and that I needed to call and get it rescheduled -- which I did.
