I responded to an ad for complimentary VIZZ eye drops at participating eye doctors, including United Eye Centers with Dr. Paige Stephens OD. Upon arrival, the doctor insisted on a mandatory eye exam to 'check for medical problems' before trying the drops. No one—not the staff or doctor—mentioned any charge for this visit. First visit to United Eye Centers and I’ll definitely be back. I came in with some concerns and was immediately impressed by how professional and helpful everyone was. The office is clean and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and they clearly know their stuff. They addressed all my concerns thoroughly and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for my eye care!
First time visiting Dr. Stephens and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm and welcoming from the start, and Dr. Stephens was thorough and attentive during the exam — clearly knows their stuff and takes the time to do things right. Walked out with a new pair of glasses and a practice I’ll be sticking with. Highly recommend!
Dr Paige Stephens and her entire staff are amazing to work with. They are very professional yet very personable. They always pay close attention to details, make your visit feel like that actually care about what they do for you. I am so glad I found them. The equipment they use is very modern and makes you feel like you are getting the best care and advice available. You really need to make an appointment and give this Dr and her staff an opportunity to serve you!!!
