I had an excellent experience with one of the gentlemen, i believe his name was William. He assisted me in a timely and polite manner. He was also very patient and descriptive with some printer issues I've had with one of my office printers. Kudos to William and thank you United Office Systems for having an excellent employee of their hands.
Might want to remove "united" from your name considering how non-inclusive your company is to children with autism next door.
