Traveled all the way from AZ, only to face blatant harassment. A sales consultant named Jose Carbajal openly mocked my father—laughing, making rude facial gestures, and whispering to colleagues right in front of us. Additionally, the dealership withheld our keys for 40 minutes under the guise of a trade-in evaluation, refusing to return them when requested. Great experience with taking my 2005 Nissan 350z in for an alignment. My service advisor Christian was impecable in his attention to detail and explanation of everything that was necessary and things that were not. No pushy salesman attitudes here from him, he was honest, and that was very appreciated. His boss Rene supported in clarification of certain questions I had as well. Overall, a great team and experience and will have 0 hesitation coming back. Thank you Christian, Rene and team!!!
I liked and received good help and information from the sales manager, Laura, she was helpful with an issue that occurred with incorrect pricing by the sales representative. With that said, I went in the dealership with the intent to buy already in mind the car I wanted, I had already shopped online and knew what I wanted so I mentioned to Laura I needed to go in and out since I had my newborn and I needed the transaction to go smooth and quickly. Shoutout to United Nissan for selling me a car that’s cost me over 5k in parts and labor just to find out I need a new engine only 2 months after purchase. Great job guys. I would not buy a car from them.
I am extremely disappointed with Nissan’s customer service and overall ownership experience. When I needed assistance, I found their customer support unhelpful and unwilling to address my concerns in a meaningful way. On top of that, I have not been satisfied with the quality and reliability of the vehicle.
