I'm really disappointed. I used to give this place five stars under the previous management, but with the new management it's a three at best. The service just isn't what it used to be. They nickel-and-dime you now, and even the little touches that made customers feel appreciated are gone. The coffee station is often empty, and the complimentary pastries are gone for good. My car wasn't washed, and they even left the service paper inside my car. Prices feel higher, but the level of care feels much lower. I miss how this deal... read more

Traveled all the way from AZ, only to face blatant harassment. A sales consultant named Jose Carbajal openly mocked my father—laughing, making rude facial gestures, and whispering to colleagues right in front of us. Additionally, the dealership withheld our keys for 40 minutes under the guise of a trade-in evaluation, refusing to return them when requested. Great experience with taking my 2005 Nissan 350z in for an alignment. My service advisor Christian was impecable in his attention to detail and explanation of everything that was necessary and things that were not. No pushy salesman attitudes here from him, he was honest, and that was very appreciated. His boss Rene supported in clarification of certain questions I had as well. Overall, a great team and experience and will have 0 hesitation coming back. Thank you Christian, Rene and team!!!
