Dishonest, rude unprofessional. Quoted $250.00 three times, instead they charged over $800.00 leaving our Jeep undrivable, towed it in corrected a couple bolts put in wrong and not tightened. We asked for a partial refund essentially the difference from the quote and amount paid, owner Sean said he would have to pray about it. I know you replaced my wiper blades with bad ones because I personally replaced them just over a year ago, no adapter needed. Well, guess what...I did replace the horrible ones you put on and low and behold, there was an adapter on them. Cant understand how you can treat another human being this way. I gave you my confidence and you stole from me.

went to get a inspection was told I needed a pitmen arm and it would cost $167.00 and take 1 hr.30 min. to fix was charged $252.00 an 2.4 hr. I timed the actuall time he worked my truck it was 1.3 hr. he spent the other 1 hr. on another customers car and getting another one a uhaul BIG RIPOFF will never go there again. if anyone goes there to get work done keep a eye on the time they work on your car or you will pay out the nose.

I visited United Muffler this morning to pick up a uhaul; I had to pick up my tow dolly from a separate location (due to uhaul, not united muffler). My experience was great from start to finish. After I picked up the tow dolly, they assisted me in attaching my jeep and even gave me tips on how to safely operate both my jeep and the truck during my move, as they knew I was a bit nervous since this is my first experience both driving a uhaul truck and towing. I really like this place. After paying $900 for an inspection last year at another local mechanic's business, it's safe to say I was pretty leery about ever going there again. I recently purchased tires at United Muffler and was so pleased with the price, the quality of their work, and the friendliness of the staff, I chose to return to them the following month for my state inspection.
